Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our client on a temporary assignment. This role is ideal for someone who is highly accurate, organized, and comfortable working with large volumes of data in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update data into company systems and databases
• Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy
• Perform data cleanup and validation tasks
• Communicate discrepancies or issues to the appropriate team members

Qualifications

• Previous data entry, administrative, or clerical experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to type quickly and accurately
